The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. on the following applications:

  • 4 Edgewater Rd, Elizabeth V. Franklin- Conditional Use under Section 5.22.1 for an Accessory Dwelling. Parcel U09-008, zoned RA.
  • 30 Lowell Farm Rd, Michael Tranfalia & Jamison Tranfalia - Conditional Use under Sections 6.2 & 6.11 to construct a deck. Parcel HL7-001, zoned RBm/LR.
