The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at
Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Kathleen and Zbigniew Kurlanski - Are requesting a hearing to appeal a
decision of the Code Enforcement Officer regarding parking in an unpaved
area outside of the parking area at 40 Old Power House Rd, Portland Yacht
Club, Parcel U16-083, zoned βRAβ. TABLED UNTIL NOVEMBER
2. Violetta Otis- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.11 &
6.9 to demolish and rebuild a structure at 17 Foreside Rd. Parcel R02-001,
3. Robert and Laurie Pietroski β Are requesting Conditional Use approval
under Section 6.2a to add a garage at 33 Hamlin Rd. Parcel U47-016, zoned
4. Jacques and Patricia Santucci β Are requesting Conditional Use approval
under Section 6.2 for an addition at 24 Hideaway Ln, Parcel HL3-034, zoned
β’ PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A
DISABILITY, AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.

hearing will be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a
majority of the Board.
