TOWN OF FALMOUTH
LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Falmouth Town
Hall on Tuesday July 28, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Jeffrey & Sherri Simmons-Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2a
to construct an attached garage at 107 Ledgewood Dr. Parcel U35-005-B, zoned “RAm”.
2. William & Katie Rooks- Are requesting under Section 6.2a to tear down and rebuild an
addition at 226 Foreside Rd. Parcel U16-003 zoned “RA”.
3. John & Jenny Pray- Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 5.21 for a
Home Occupation at 10 Hamlin Rd, Parcel #U45-012-M, zoned “RB”.
4. Frederick Radke-Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2 for addition at
21 McKinley Rd. Parcel U01-065, zoned “RA”.
5. Tom Landry- request for a hearing for a Mislocated Single Family Dwelling under Section
8.2.1at 26 Oakland Rd. Parcel U32-013-W, zoned “RA”.
6. Phil Kaplan-Representing Usha Reddi is requesting under variance under Section 8.5 and
addition Under Section 6.2 for an addition at 11 Phillips Rd. Parcel U01-054 zoned “RA”.
7. Kenneth & Beverly Bixby of 32 Wildwood Way are seeking Reconsideration of a decision
of the Board of Zoning Appeals at the June Hearing related to a Building Permit issued to
Dr. Charles deSieyes of 185 Woodville Rd. Parcel R03-031, zoned “FF”.
MEETING NOTES:
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT LEAST
10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will be
continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
This agenda may be rearranged pursuant to a decision of the Chairman, without NOTICE.
