Agenda notes for the April 27, 2010 Hearing

Administrative Agenda Items:
  • Discussion and adoption the minutes of the previous Hearing.
  • Discussion and finding that all applications presented for this hearing are complete.
  • Adoption of Administrative Agenda Applications as follows:
Regular Agenda Items:

  • Claudia King & Lindsey Tweed-are requesting Conditional Use approval under Sections 6.11 & 6.2b to renovate their Single Family Dwelling 160 Woodville Rd. Parcel R03-033, zoned “FF”.   
  • The applicants have submitted a professionally prepared application, which includes:
  • An architectural rendering, survey, landscape & erosion control plans, and elevations.
The proposed project includes removing an attached garage to reduce the Shoreland Zone setback footprint, relocation & renovation of an existing barn, and removing & relocating an existing paved driveway.

  • Kathleen and Zbigniew Kurlanski - Are requesting a hearing to appeal a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer regarding parking in an unpaved area outside of the paved parking lot at the Portland Yacht Club, at 40 Old Powerhouse Road,  Parcel # U16-083, zoned RA/SZ.
  • This hearing will be a discussion on the matter of jurisdiction.  If it is decided that there is jurisdiction, there will be further discussion on procedural parameters and a hearing date on the matter will be scheduled.
