TOWN OF FALMOUTH
LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Falmouth Town
Hall on Tuesday, February 26, 2007 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Stewart MacLehose- Is requesting Conditional Use under Sections 8.3 and 6.7 to build a single
family dwelling at lot 35 Hartford Ave, Parcel# U04-035, zoned “RA”.
2. Tommy & Susan Raatikainen– Are requesting approval under Section 6.2b to build an addition
at 94 Leighton Rd, Parcel#U45-004, zoned “RB”.
3. William Bennett - Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Sections 8.3, 6.9 and 6.11 to tear
down and rebuild in the Shoreland Zone at 40 Lowell Rd, Parcel #HL7-007, zoned “RBM”.
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT LEAST
10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will be
continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
This agenda may be rearranged pursuant to a decision of the Chairman, without NOTICE.
