To receive a copy of a police report, please fill out the attached form as completely as possible and submit for processing.
The fee for police reports is $7.00 for the 1st 2 pages and $1.00 for each additional pages.
Once your request is filled, you will be contacted via telephone or e-mail and arrangements will be made for payment and forwarding the material to you.
