The Planning Office is responsible for:

Providing research and technical assistance to the Town Manager, Town Council, Planning Board, Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, Conservation Commission, other department heads, and our citizens. |

Providing comprehensive review of development proposals requiring Planning Board approval including subdivisions, private ways, site plans, and certain uses within the Shoreland Zone.
