(This will be a joint meeting with the School Board)
1. Election of the Town Council Finance Subcommittee Chair.
2. Presentation from the Town Auditor regarding the audit of fiscal year 2012.
3. Joint discussion with the School Board Finance Subcommittee regarding the following:
a. Core building issues in the Middle School – status of the wood chip boiler construction project; conversion of steam to a hot water heating delivery system; other energy efficiency needs; classroom space concerns in one of the wings; and overall building status (discussion to include financing options for above projects).
b. Update on any State or Federal budget impact information.
c. Discuss any preliminary expectations and projections.
4. Review FY2014 budget development calendar and schedule dates and agenda for School Board and Town Council joint meetings.~
5. Other issues/topics.
