The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. on the following applications:
  • 22 Harding Ave. Ben & Trisha King, Requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for an addition. Parcel U04-063, zoned RA. Tabled from November.
  • 5 Chestnut St. Caleb Johnson representing Colleen Evans, Requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for an addition.  Parcel U17-031, zoned RA. Tabled from January.
  • 11 Stillwood Rd. Bruce W. Albiston, Requesting Conditional Use under Section 5.22.1 for an Accessory Dwelling. Parcel U55-004-A2, zoned RB.
  • 7 Lorn Dr. Frank & Anne Read, Requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for an addition.
Parcel HL4-005, zoned RBM/LR.
  • 6 Rich Wy. Todd & Lisa LaLumiere, Requests a Hearing to Appeal a Decision by the Code Enforcement Officer. Parcel U24-027, zoned RA.
