1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Background (history leading to retaining a consultant)
3. Scope of the Engineering Study (storm water, sewers, streets, erosion and slopes)
4. Discussion of Engineering Assessment (effort, findings, mitigation, costs, permitting, and property right title and interest)
5. The Role of the Town (funding, management and property rights)
Discussion will include basis for active participation by the Town in any mitigation effort: A. Issues caused by municipal facilities (drain outfalls, e.g.) and B. Issues threatening public infrastructure (slope failure at edge of street, e.g.)
6. Questions and input from members of the public
7. Next Steps (Town Council discussion and guidance, funding sources, property rights, mitigation schedule)
