ACTION: Schedule the order
Summary:
Councilor Tony Payne has introduced an amendment to Section 5.22.3 of the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance regarding Accessory Cottages. The proposed amendment would allow Accessory Cottages to be no greater than 100 percent (100%) of the primary dwelling unit, up to a maximum of 850 sq. feet. Current ordinance allows them to be no greater than forty percent (40%) of the primary dwelling unit.  

An introduction letter and submitted language change is attached.
