Introduction of an amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to revise the requirements for Property Identification Signs.
ACTION: Schedule Public Hearing
The ordinance amendment passed in January 2011 was developed to permit property identification signs in certain districts. A supporting structure and mounted sign erected at 380 Route One prior to the ordinance's adoption cannot be approved or permitted under the current language as it does not comply with certain dimensional requirements. This amendment would make minor changes to the current language to accommodate this property.
