This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council on matters which are not scheduled for public comment at this meeting.
Order to approve the minutes of the October 24, 2011, Town Council Meeting.
Order to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2011, Town Council Special Meeting and Workshop.
Order to authorize staff to sell the Town’s 1995 Central States Pumper truck.
Item 3
Report from Council Committees and liaisons regarding updates on assignments.
Report from the Appointments Committee and order relative to filling various vacancies on Boards and Committees.
Request from the Falmouth Economic Improvement Committee (FEIC) for Council authorization to develop, with Town staff assistance, temporary signage options for the Council’s consideration.
Order to adopt a zoning ordinance amendment to standarize restrictions for keeping poultry in residential districts.
Public Hearing on a new ordinance for residency restrictions for sexual offenders.
Public Hearing on amendments to the Code of Ordinances in regard to mooring assignments and waiting lists.
Report from the Assessor regarding current market conditions and assessment levels.
Order to appoint two members to serve on the Falmouth Library Transition Committee.
Order to authorize a supplemental appropriation of $130,000 from the undesignated fund balance for railroad crossing upgrades.
