Subject:
The Council is asked to give "concept approval" to send the recommendations of the Community Facilities Planning Committee to the November 2010 Referendum Election and start the required preparation for that. Formal Council approval of referendum language is required and will be scheduled at a later date.

ACTION:  Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The Community Facilities Planning Committee, at the request of the Town Council, has made recommendations to address the needs of theĀ Falmouth Memorial Library, Town Hall, Community Recreation Center, Pleasant Hill Fire Station, and Plummer-Motz and Lunt school site. Public opinion was solicited by the committee in March 2009 and April 2010 through two community forums and two on-line surveys. The Committee presented its recommendations and the process that led to them on May 10, 2010.
