Discussion relative to the addition of Council appointed members to the Facilities Analysis Committee.
At the January Council workshop, they discussed the framework for the Facilities Analysis Committees and whether to add Council appointed members to the Committee currently serving as volunteers assisting the Town Manager. Councilor Breen and Councilor Armitage met on February 4, 2008, with the Town Manager to explore options. They have concluded and recommend five additional Council appointed members to this committee (1 member from the Library Board; 1 member from RACPAC; and 3 members from the public). Application announcements for the new positions will be sent to the Forecaster, town's website and Cable Channel.
