April 2010              Commercial Property Inspection Report, Associated Design Partners
This report was commissioned by the Falmouth Memorial Library Board of Trustees to determine deficiencies of the current building.  As part of the report, the Board asked Mr. Thibodeau to give his opinion of how an expansion of the current library might be effected and that was attached as an addendum to the report. This assessment is from a structural engineering point of view. Zoning regulations, design considerations, functionality as a library space that could be adequately supervised, whether it makes sense from a financial standpoint, and parking are all issues that would need to be addressed.
