Dave was elected to the Town Council in 2004. He has been a resident of Falmouth since 1972, a graduate of Falmouth High School in 1978 as Class President, and has a B.S. in Business Management from Bentley College. He joined Falmouth Rescue in 1977 and retired in 2000 as Deputy Chief of EMS. He is married to Donna and has a step son Ryan at Falmouth Middle School.
Dave founded and was President of Radio Communications Management from 1983 and sold it in 1996. Since 1985, he has been involved in Communications Facilities and also owns a commercial building on Gray Road. He is a volunteer driver and trainer for the Independent Transportation Network (ITN).
